About this Project

Water, being one of life’s most essential resources is vital to an area’s agricultural, industrial, household, recreational and environmental activities. Southface a leading non-profit organization with a history of community engagement, is proven to be resilient in community development. It has been nationally recognized for assisting communities in reducing their environmental footprint and crafting visions for their regenerative futures.

Through the City of Atlanta Watershed Management, Southface initiated the Care and Conserve Program to assist Atlanta’s elderly, disabled and low-income households with plumbing repair services.

After initial problems finding a competent and reliable company with a passion and empathy for the Atlanta communities, Legwork was recommended and written into the grant to administer plumbing repair assistance. All assistance was completed at the highest standards, to improve quality of life, at no cost to the residents

Technical Details

Legwork Plumbing Solutions provided plumbing repairs; replaced high flow fixtures; sewer fixes to maintain household health; water conservation through green efficient initiated; provided access to sufficient and accessible water and assisted with leaks that may lead to high water bills.
